Monday to Sunday Continental Breakfast: 8:00 AM

Assorted cereal

Fresh assorted sweet breads

Hot coffee or decaf – served with cream, sugar, or diet sugar

Monday to Saturday Breakfast Grill: 8:00 – 10:00 AM

Chef will prepare eggs to order on grill.

2 eggs any style American style or Mexican style

Omelet with cheese, ham, green peppers, salsa, chili or mushrooms

Fresh cut assorted fruit of the day

Each day one of the following will be available

Bacon or sausage - Monday - Saturday

Services include shopping, cooking and cleaning up.

Breakfast and lunch served buffet style.

Dinner service includes wait staff for service. Staff nights off are Wednesdays and Sundays. Guests are encouraged to dine at the many restaurants in San Miguel on these nights.
Arrangements can be made for pizza delivery or dinners prepared in advance.

Additional wait staff or bartenders are available to serve food/drinks during day.

Drinks and snacks are not included in our chef services. You can either purchase your drinks and snacks or upon request, we can purchase them for you at cost plus 20% of total receipt. Drink and snack menus are available.

Guacamole is not included, but available from our snack menu.

Substitutions can be made for a menu item of equal value. Use Chef Service Menu for alternative items.
You can upgrade items for dinner such as lobster/steak/shrimp for an additional charge.

Lunch:  we offer two selections from the package menu and the side items.
We will need a specific count of which menu selection your guests prefers 15 days prior to your
arrival.

Dinnertimes for chef service package: 5, 6, or 7 PM at the latest.

No dinners served after 7 PM on the Family style Chef Package.

No dinners served after 7 PM without an additional charge per person. Increase in dinner prices are due to staff overtime costs.

If entire party is more than 20 minutes late, the food will be placed in food warmers and served buffet-style instead of formal wait service. This will ensure that the food will remain hot and the staff can go home by 9 PM.
